At Beardgang we DO NOT accept returns under any circumstances. We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase (the purchaser must pay for the shipping both ways) for items that have never been worn. However, if the item has been deemed worn by our quality assurance team the item will be shipped back to purchaser at the purchaser's expense.
If the exchange is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you (the purchaser) will be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your exchange and include photographic proof or by contacting our Customer Support.
For all exchanges the purchaser must first request an RMA number and include it with the garment(s)/accessories being exchanged.
